After some consultation with the Customer we came up with some changes that really opened up the flow and feeling of space in the home.
We replaced several half height windows with full height doors to maximise Flow on to decks and some full Height windows in other areas to increase light into the rooms.

The O’brien property, completed in 2005, lacked double glazing as it was built before it became a building requirement.

The existing single-glazed windows and outdated joinery led to inefficiencies in insulation and functionality, prompting the need for an upgrade.
